How do you ensure vinyl records are not damaged during shipping?
We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Records are packed with extra stiffeners to prevent corner dings and warping during transit.
What grading system do you use for used records?
We follow the Goldmine Standard for all our pre-owned inventory. Each record is visually inspected and play-tested to ensure accurate grading from 'Mint' to 'Good Plus'.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days via Media Mail, while expedited and international options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for opened records?
New, sealed records can be returned within 30 days if unopened. If a record is found to have a manufacturing defect or significant warp, we offer a full replacement or store credit.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to record collectors worldwide. Please note that international customers are responsible for any local customs duties or VAT taxes applied by their country.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
If your order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can modify or cancel it. Please contact our support team immediately with your order number for assistance.
